Payments: • At the booking confirmation (Voucher), the guest must pay 30% of the booking fee (in case of a coupon or discounted reservation, the full fee) as deposit, and the remaining participation fee must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. • If the full participation fee is not paid by the deadline specified above, the accommodation provider is entitled to withdraw from the contract and / or cancel the reservation. • If the stay is not canceled but the guest does not use the booked accommodation (no show), a penalty fee corresponding to the full participation fee will be paid. • In case of cancellation and non-cancellation of the holiday (no show), the guest is also obliged to pay the Accommodation Provider all costs incurred by the guest's cancellation or non-cancellation of the holiday (no show) (min. EUR 50 / apartment). • Leaving the accommodation before the end of the booked period If the guest leaves the accommodation before the end of the booked period, he / she must immediately notify the key transferor or the Accommodation Provider. If the guest does not comply with the obligation to notify, he / she may not file a complaint regarding the accommodation after the return home, and may not claim a refund of the participation fee.
Number of guests: • The maximum number of beds in the voucher is indicated for each apartment. The number of people (regardless of age) corresponding to the specified maximum number of seats cannot be exceeded. In the case of apartments with extra beds, it is not possible to exceed the extra bed possibilities provided in the Voucher, even for children (regardless of age).
Cancellation: • If canceled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. • If canceled or modified up to 45 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged. • If canceled or modified up to 35 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged. • If canceled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged. • If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Complaint: • If the guest experiences deficiencies in the accommodation other than those indicated in the Voucher, he / she may report it to the key transferor or the Accommodation Provider immediately after the detection. • If it is not possible to eliminate the error or deficiency, or the key transferor / accommodation provider does not undertake it, a report must always be drawn up with the key transferor. The on-site report is for the sole purpose of recording the guest's complaint, but does not constitute an acknowledgment thereof and does not include the Accommodation Provider's position on the complaint. • The Guest may only lodge a complaint with the Accommodation Provider in the event of a deficiency recorded by the key handover of the accommodation, within 8 days after arrival.
